Dahi Ni Kudhee

Dahi ni Kudhee

 
Dahi ni Kudhee with  fragrant lemon rice



Fry till golden brown
2 medium onions
add and sizzle for 3 minutes…….
6-8 sprigs of curry leaves
4-5 finely chopped green chillies
4-5 finely sliced garlic cloves
now add and continue to sizzle for another 2 minutes
¾ th tsp turmeric
½ tsp salt

add in on a low fire, little at a time
2 cups of yogurt at room temperature
mixed in with 2 tsp sugar
½ tsp salt



Mix well for a minute to heat through and serve.

Tips:




Use the full cream yogurt for best results.
Serve with khichri and patia.
It can also be served with khichri and kheema.
